The Residency Selection Committee reviews all applications. Qualified applicants are invited for interviews with faculty and encouraged to visit the department's clinical facilities and spend time with current residents. The Department of Psychiatry participates in the National Resident Matching Program and abides by all its regulations. Bergen New Bridge Medical Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Dr. Madia Majeed, PGY4
Dr. Majeed, our executive chief resident, accepted an attending psychiatrist position at Wayne Behavioral Services and will also be part of Christian Healthcare and Chilton Hospital. Dr. Majeed is undertaking ketamine and transcranial magnetic stimulation.
Dr. Gobindpreet Sohi, PGY4
Dr. Sohi continues to serve Bergen County as an attending psychiatrist right here at Bergen New Bridge.
Dr. Lauren Iandoli, PGY4
Dr. Iandoli continues her journey as an attending psychiatrist and medical director at Christ Hospital in Jersey City, NJ.
Dr. Krishan Chirimunj, PGY3
Dr. Chirmunji is going to the University of Connecticut for his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship. He enjoys helping people improve and overcome adversities. His professional goals consist of working in outpatient and inpatient psychiatry with collaborative care.
Dr. Adolfo Flores Flortty, PGY3
Dr. Flores embarked on a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. His goals for the future include pursuing a fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry and settling down teaching in a hospital either in Miami or NY.
Dr. Zachary Lane, PGY3
Dr. Lane continues his educational goals by pursuing a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at NYU Grossman School of Medicine.
Dr. Richard Lee, PGY3
Dr. Lee moved to New York City to continue his psychiatric career. We wish him the best of luck.
