The County of Bergen is teaming up with Bergen New Bridge Medical Center to host regional mobile COVID-19 testing and vaccination locations for the month of May. This effort continues our shared mission of bringing equitable vaccine access to communities across Bergen County.


Tuesday, May 25 – Pascack Brook County Park, 150 Emerson Road, Westwood

Vaccinations: 1 to 4pm

*All dates weather permitting


Testing and vaccinations are available to all who live, work, or go to school in Bergen County at no out-of-pocket cost, regardless of health insurance status. All vaccination sites will be administering the single-dose Johnson & Johnson Janssen vaccine.

Vaccines are available to those 18 years old or older.

COVID-19 Vaccination Information

Bergen County residents age 18 years and older have the option to schedule vaccination appointments at the Bergen County vaccination site, located at the Alternate Care Facility Annex on the campus of Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, by calling 201.967.4070

As new appointments are made available, you may register and schedule a COVID-19 Vaccination at the Alternate Care Facility Annex located at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center if you are a Bergen County resident or worker. Further, a registrant must qualify according to the New Jersey Department of Health’s guidelines:

  • As of Monday, April 19th, all individuals aged 16 and older will be eligible for vaccination. Though 16-year-olds and 17-year-olds are now eligible, we cannot provide the vaccine at this time. Our vaccination site currently receives the Moderna vaccine, and only vaccination sites with the Pfizer vaccine can vaccinate those under 18.
