Grace H. Yang, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist who evaluates and treats a full spectrum of adult gastroenterology and hepatology conditions, with a special interest in IBD (inflammatory bowel disease) and women’s health. She provides patient-centered care in outpatient settings and performs a wide range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. Dr. Yang completed her internal medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and her gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. She is an active member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
