Malik Muhammad Adil, MBBS, MD, is a board-certified neurologist with subspecialty training in vascular neurology. He joined the Bergen New Bridge Medical Center staff in 2023. Dr. Adil previously served as Acting Section Chief of Neurology at Suburban Hospital and Medical Director of Stroke Programs at both Suburban and Sibley Memorial Hospitals under Johns Hopkins Medicine. He also held academic and leadership roles at the National Institutes of Health, where he directed fellowship and residency training programs in vascular neurology.

Dr. Adil’s clinical and research expertise focuses on stroke prevention, acute stroke management, and neurovascular imaging. He has contributed to national stroke care standards through his work with The Joint Commission and remains committed to advancing evidence-based, patient-centered neurological care.
