Seyedehsan Navabi, MD, is board-certified in Internal Medicine, and Gastroenterology and Obesity Medicine. He is an assistant professor of medicine at Rutgers University New Jersey Medical School, and he practices gastroenterology at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center and University Hospital at Newark. He has received his medical degree from Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in Iran, and after practicing medicine for 5 years, he followed his training in Internal Medicine Residency and then Gastroenterology and Hepatology fellowship at the Pennsylvania State University, Hershey Medical Center Program from 2013-2019. He has joined Rutgers University and Bergen New Bridge Medical Center since 2019.

He routinely visits patients with general gastroenterology and liver disorders and performs procedures such as esophagogastroduodenoscopy and colonoscopy. Although he is specialized in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal motility disorders, inflammatory bowel disease as well as patients with obesity disorders.
