Vaccine Boosters for ages 12-15

Appointments Are Strongly Encouraged For COVID-19 Vaccines

Walk-ins are accommodated when possible.

COVID-19 Pfizer boosters have been approved by the FDA and CDC for 12 to 15 year-olds who received their second COVID-19 shot at least six months ago.

Please bring your ID, insurance card, and your vaccination card for second doses and boosters.

We provide COVID-19 vaccines with no out-of-pocket costs to you; however, we submit administrative costs to your insurance following government regulations.

Bergen County residents age 18 years can schedule vaccination appointments at the Bergen County vaccination site, located at the Alternate Care Facility Annex on the campus of Bergen New Bridge Medical Center.
