(Think. Healthy. Respect. Inspire. Values. Empowerment)
Teen T.H.R.I.V.E. is a group for adolescents between the ages of 13 – 17, offering an opportunity for teens to focus on recovering from alcohol, drugs, abuse, and addiction. The program encompasses multiple levels of care, including:
- Early intervention with 1.5 hours in group one time per week for approximately 6-8 weeks.
- Intensive outpatient treatment with 3 hours at 3 times per week for approximately 4 months.
- Aftercare of 3 hours per week 1 time per week for approximately 4 weeks.
To increase awareness of addiction as a ‘family disease,’ we include family and collaborate with them to help discourage future chemical abuse and dependency by the teen. This is accomplished by building self-esteem and respect for oneself and others by learning and applying drug-free behavioral and positive coping skills to everyday life.
Teen T.H.R.I.V.E. is co-occurring licensed by the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
Teen T.H.R.I.V.E. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 4pm – 7pm
Teen T.H.R.I.V.E. is committed to family involvement and maintains consistent, collaborative communication between all community agencies and treatment centers to foster a positive recovery process.
