Bergen New Bridge Medical Center Volunteers Receive President’s Volunteer Service Award
Twenty-three volunteers at the Medical Center were recognized for their positive impact on the community

The President’s Volunteer Service Award honors individuals whose service positively impacts their community, and this year 23 Bergen New Bridge Medical Center volunteers were selected for this honor. The award was created in 2003 by the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation to recognize the important role of volunteers in America’s strength and national identity.
“I am extremely proud of our Volunteer Services Department which supports our patients, long term care residents, visitors, and staff throughout the Medical Center,” said Deborah Visconi, President & CEO, Bergen New Bridge Medical Center. “The volunteers at Bergen New Bridge play an integral role in our mission to enhance community health and well-being by providing high-quality, compassionate care accessible to those in need.”
