Bergen New Bridge Medical Center Presents “CEO I Made a Difference” Awards

140 members of the Medical Center staff were recognized during the ceremony

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center presented 140 employees with its new “CEO I Made a Difference” Award. The awards are given to employees who were mentioned by name on a survey, email, or phone call by a patient, resident, or their loved one for giving exceptional care and support.

“Days like today make me incredibly proud to serve as CEO of Bergen New Bridge and I continue to be grateful to our extraordinary employees for the care they provide our patients and residents,” said Bergen New Bridge President and CEO, Deborah Visconi. “Our focus on the patient experience and delivering excellent care to all those we serve is one of the driving forces behind the hospital’s ongoing transformational journey.”

The award ceremony recognized these employees for their work in Q4 2023. The Medical Center will recognize employees through this new program once a quarter.
