Bergen New Bridge Medical Center Releases 2023 Annual Report
Report highlights the accomplishments of the past year
Bergen New Bridge Medical Center released its 2023 Annual Report which highlights the hospital’s major initiatives, activities, and accomplishments over the past year.
"Each achievement, advancement, and accolade were driven by our unwavering commitment to providing quality, compassionate, accessible, and equitable care to our diverse communities,” said Deborah Visconi, President and CEO of Bergen New Bridge Medical Center. “I am immensely proud of my team for their steadfast commitment to our Medical Center’s continued growth and focus on enhancing much needed programs and delivering essential care to our patients, residents, and all those we are privileged to serve.”
Key highlights from the report include:
- Opening of the Comprehensive Center for Addiction Treatment
- Partnership with New York Bariatric Group
- New Bone Density Testing
- State-of-the-Art MRI
- Establishment of Skilled Trade Apprenticeship Program
- Partnership with the Diabetes Foundation
- Expansion of CareRite Now at select Inserra Supermarkets
- Expansion of staff and services at LGBTQ+ Health & Wellness Center
- Partnership with Mill Gardens, an assisted living residence
“As a board, we have dedicated ourselves to not only supporting existing programs and services but have committed to expanding both inpatient and outpatient programs in medical care, behavioral health, and substance use disorder treatment,” said Dr. Lourival Baptista Neto, Chairperson, Care Plus Bergen, Inc. “The Medical Center has continued to make groundbreaking innovations in the delivery of its healthcare and behavioral health services.”
