Access Your Health Information Online

We are transitioning to Epic MyChart, our new patient portal coming February 2027.
Until then, use MyLinks to access your health information.

MyLinks gives you secure access to your medical and insurance records from multiple providers—all in one place to view your history, track your care, and stay connected.

1. Create Your Account
   • Go to www.mylinks.com and click “Register as a new user.”
   • Complete the form and click “Register.”
   • Then confirm your email. Click “Let’s get started.”
2. Add Your Health Records
   • From your Dashboard, click “Gather Records,”
   • then select “Add New Connection.”

3. Allow Access

   • Sign in, complete verification,

   • click Accept to allow access.

   • Don’t have an invitation code from Altera? Please send an invitation request email to HealthInfo@newbridgehealth.org
     with your name, date of birth, address, and phone number to get a new code.

4. View Your Information

5. Once your health records are gathered from the health facility of your choosing, your
   Dashboard will be populated, and you will be able to view your medical records.
